Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf dat zich richt op gestandaardiseerde productieprocessen en veilige uitvoering van werkzaamheden. De organisatie werkt vanuit een vaste locatie in Den Bosch en voert dagelijkse productie- en procesactiviteiten uit in meerdere ploegendiensten. De productieomgeving is georganiseerd rond efficiëntie, veiligheid en kwaliteit waarbij operators verantwoordelijk zijn voor het bedienen en bewaken van procesinstallaties. Medewerkers werken volgens werk- en veiligheidsinstructies en rapporteren afwijkingen volgens interne procedures. Er is aandacht voor een gedegen introductie- en inwerktraject zodat nieuwe medewerkers snel en veilig kunnen starten. De Procesoperator werkt in 3 ploegen en draagt bij aan het minimaliseren van stilstand door vroegtijdig storingen te signaleren en eerste lijnsoplossingen uit te voeren. De organisatie biedt een vaste positie voor kandidaten die willen werken in 3 ploegen en waarde hecht aan betrouwbaarheid en inzet.

- Je bedient en controleert de procesinstallaties volgens werk- en veiligheidsinstructies

- Als Procesoperator bewaak je continu de procesparameters en de kwaliteit van de productie

- Je voert eerste lijns storingsanalyse en kleine reparaties uit en schakelt bij grotere storingen de technische dienst in

- Als Procesoperator werk je in 3 ploegen en rapporteer je afwijkingen en verbeterpunten

- Je levert input voor procesverbeteringen en draagt bij aan het terugdringen van uitval

Functie-eisen: - Bereidheid om te werken in 3 ploegen

- Ervaring in productie of als procesoperator is een pré

- Technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen

- Voldoende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal voor het begrijpen van werk- en veiligheidsi
