Als Procesoperator Energie in Coevorden ben je de spil in het bedienen en bewaken van geautomatiseerde energie-installaties. Je werkt met PLC- en SCADA-sturingen, stelt parameters en recepten in en ziet erop toe dat processen binnen afgesproken kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen draaien. Dagelijks voer je proces- en productcontroles uit, registreer je afwijkingen en rapporteer je helder aan collega’s en leidinggevenden. Je lost storingen in eerste lijn zelfstandig op en schakelt de technische dienst in bij complexere problemen. Daarnaast voer je eenvoudig onderhoud uit zoals smeren, reinigen en afstellen om de installaties betrouwbaar te houden. Veiligheid, milieu en continue verbetering staan centraal in je werk; je levert concrete verbeteringen aan procesinstellingen en werkmethoden en draagt zo bij aan efficiëntie en stabiliteit van de energievoorziening. Deze functie past goed bij een technische professional met aandacht voor detail, ervaring met geautomatiseerde processen en de motivatie om in een industriële energieomgeving verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Ben je toe aan een hands-on rol in Coevorden waarin techniek, procesbewaking en samenwerking samenkomen? Dan nodigen we je uit om te reageren. Functie-inhoud - Stel technische installaties nauwkeurig in en bedien ze volgens geldende procedures en kwaliteitsstandaarden. - Bewaken van procesparameters en tijdig bijsturen om productkwaliteit en continuïteit van de energievoorziening te waarborgen. - Voer proces- en productcontroles uit, registreer afwijkingen en rapporteer deze helder aan collega’s en leidinggevende. - Analyseer en los storingen zelfstandig op; schakel bij complexere problemen de technische dienst of collega-operatoren in. - Bedien en stel parameters en recepten in op PLC- en SCADA-systemen voor geautomatiseerde energieprocessen. - Voer eerstelijns onderhoud uit zoals smeren, reinigen en afstellen en draag bij aan continu verbeterprojecten.
