The posting

Als procesoperator werk je in een klein hightech productiebedrijf in Arnhem dat optische films voor onder andere LCD-schermen ontwikkelt en produceert. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in een stofarme cleanroom; discipline en nauwkeurigheid zijn daarom essentieel. Je start en stelt productielijnen af, bewaakt het proces en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit. De functie is fulltime (40 uur) in ploegendienst en wordt aangeboden als detavast met uitzicht op een vast contract bij wederzijds tevredenheid. Er is een werk-leeroptie (BBL) waarbij je één dag per week naar school gaat om het Operator B-diploma te behalen. Je komt te werken in een technische, collegiale omgeving met aandacht voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en goede secundaire voorwaarden. Functie-inhoud - Starten en nauwkeurig afstellen van productielijnen volgens vastgestelde procedures en specificaties. - Continu bewaken van procesparameters en direct ingrijpen bij afwijkingen om productkwaliteit te waarborgen. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles, registreren van meetresultaten en signaleren van afwijkende uitkomsten. - Onderhouden en schoonhouden van de cleanroomomgeving en uitvoeren van basisonderhoud aan apparatuur.

Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-opleiding op technisch niveau en enkele jaren ervaring als operator in productieomgevingen. - Zeer secuur en geconcentreerd werken met een duidelijk oog voor detail en procesbeheersing. - Sterke affiniteit met techniek, gestructureerd kunnen werken en zelfstandig problemen analyseren en oplossen. - Flexibel inzetbaar in ploegendienst, stressbestendig en beheersing van Nederlands; enige kennis van Engels is gewenst.

Wij bieden - Fulltime functie van 40 uur per week in ploegendienst met directe betrokkenheid bij hightech productieprocessen. - Mogelijkheid voor een werk-leertraject (BBL) met één dag per week school om Operator B-diploma te behalen. - Detavast-constructie met uitzicht op een vast contract bij wederzijds goed bevallen en doorgroeimogelijkheden. -
