Dit bedrijf is een productiebedrijf dat op locatie in Enkhuizen betrouwbare en veilige producties uitvoert. De organisatie werkt met een team van medewerkers die gezamenlijk het productieproces draaiende houden en daarbij volgens vastgestelde werkprocedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften opereren. In Enkhuizen ligt de focus op efficiënte procesvoering en het borgen van continuïteit in de productieomgeving. Medewerkers werken volgens een rooster met 3 ploegen en staan daardoor in direct contact met het dagelijkse productieproces en de bijbehorende overdrachten tussen diensten. De organisatie hecht waarde aan duidelijke werkafspraken, gestructureerde overdrachten en het tijdig rapporteren van afwijkingen aan de leidinggevende. De rol van de Procesoperator is hierbij cruciaal voor het bewaken van kwaliteit en het minimaliseren van stilstand. De locatie biedt een praktijkgerichte introductie voor nieuwe medewerkers zodat je snel ingewerkt raakt in de werkprocessen en veiligheidsregels. Er is aandacht voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling binnen de productieomgeving en doorgroeimogelijkheden richting allround functioneren binnen de ploeg.

- Je meldt afwijkingen en pakt storingen aan wanneer mogelijk

- Je werkt volgens veiligheidsinstructies en draagt actief bij aan een veilige werkomgeving

- Je werkt volgens het rooster van 3 ploegen en draagt zorg voor nette overdrachten
