Locatie Apeldoorn Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Apeldoorn. Dit productiebedrijf in Apeldoorn produceert voornamelijk hoogwaardige rundvee mengvoeders in een volledig geautomatiseerde fabriek. De productie vindt plaats vanuit een centrale bedieningsruimte en op de vloer werken operatoren aan voorraadbeheer, maal- en mengprocessen, persprocessen en de vrachtwagenafvulinstallatie. De procesvoering vereist continue monitoring en kwaliteitscontroles om te voldoen aan gestelde eisen en om de continuïteit van de productie te waarborgen. Werken vindt plaats in een 4 of 5 ploegendienst waarbij samenwerking tussen collegas in de centrale bedieningsruimte en op de werkvloer essentieel is. Operatoren voeren procescontroles uit, lossen eerste lijn storingen zelfstandig op en dragen complexere storingen over aan de technische dienst. Er is een uitgebreid intern inwerkprogramma via een operator-academy en er zijn mogelijkheden voor verdere ontwikkeling via interne opleidingsprogramma's. De organisatie hanteert een CAO voor de graanbe- en -verwerkende bedrijven en biedt secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals reiskostenvergoeding en een pensioenregeling.
