Wat ga je doen?

  1. Verbeteren van technische processen: Je ondersteunt het technische team bij het optimaliseren en integreren van het coating- en verpakkingsproces. Jij werkt bijvoorbeeld met Siemens PLC's, foliewikkelmachines en geautomatiseerde transportbanden. Je helpt bij de introductie van nieuwe processen en het opstarten van optimalisatieprojecten in samenwerking met collega’s.
  2. Testen en controleren: Je test en controleert technische specificaties van machines zoals verpakkingslijnen, metaaldetectoren of etiketteermachines, en volgt de productkwaliteit op volgens de vastgelegde kwaliteitsstandaarden met programma’s zoals Excel.
  3. Oplossen van technische storingen: Je spoort storingen op in installaties zoals flowpackers, vouwmachines of vacuümapparatuur, lost deze snel op en werkt aan duurzame technische verbeteringen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor gebruikersvragen over deze machines.
  4. Begeleiden van het team op de werkvloer: Je coacht verpakkingsmedewerkers in het veilig en efficiënt gebruik van apparatuur zoals palletiseermachines en printers. Je helpt bij het ombouwen van verpakkingslijnen bij nieuwe productintroducties en bent dagelijks hands-on aanwezig in de productiehal.
  5. Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen: Je overlegt met teams van technische dienst, R&D en kwaliteit bij het opstarten van projecten in SAP of andere ERP-systemen. Je ziet toe op correcte naleving van veiligheidsinstructies en helpt met preventietaken, bijvoorbeeld via interne audits.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Jouw profiel

  1. Je hebt een technisch bachelordiploma (bijvoorbeeld elektriciteit) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  2. Je hebt al ervaring in een productie- of verpakkingsomgeving.
  3. Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en van MS Office.
  4. Je werkt graag op de werkvloer en hebt een sterk technisch en analytisch inzicht.
  5. Je communiceert vlot, lost zelfstandig technische problemen op en hebt oog voor veiligheid.
