Als Procesoperator Food stel je machines in, bouw je lijnen om en grijp je in bij storingen of afwijkingen. Je krijgt veel technische verantwoordelijkheid, werkt met verschillende voedingsproducten en krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Als Procesoperator Food zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces van verschillende voedingsproducten goed blijft draaien. Je bewaakt de aanvoer en dosering van grondstoffen, deeg en vullingen en stelt de productiemachines volgens de juiste recepturen in. Bij een nieuwe productierun bouw je de machines om en pas je de instellingen aan. Je houdt de kwaliteit en voortgang goed in de gaten en grijpt in bij storingen of afwijkingen. Dit ga je doen: - Je bewaakt het productieproces en controleert de aanvoer, dosering en verwerking van grondstoffen, deeg en vullingen - Je stelt productiemachines in, bouwt productielijnen om en controleert of de juiste recepturen en instellingen worden gebruikt - Je signaleert technische storingen en afwijkingen, lost kleine storingen zelf op en ondersteunt de Technische Dienst bij grotere problemen - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit, registreert de resultaten en werkt volgens de regels voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid - Je houdt de productielijnen schoon en denkt mee over verbeteringen, proefproducties en nieuwe productieruns Je werkt eerst in een 3-ploegendienst. De productie gaat stap voor stap over naar een 5-ploegendienst. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je bereid bent om op termijn in 5 ploegen te werken.
