In deze rol speel je een cruciale rol binnen een industriële productieomgeving waar gewerkt wordt met hoge temperaturen en geavanceerde installaties. Wat ga je doen? Voor een internationale organisatie in de regio Midden-Limburg zijn wij op zoek naar een procesoperator B die rechtstreeks in dienst treedt bij de opdrachtgever.

Als procesoperator werk je in het hart van het productieproces. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, monitoren en bijsturen van een smeltproces waarbij temperaturen tot wel 1500°C voorkomen. Samen met je collega’s in ploegendienst draag je bij aan een kwalitatief hoogwaardig eindproduct.

Jouw taken:

  • Opstarten, instellen en bedienen van productie-installaties
  • Bewaken van het proces en tijdig bijsturen bij afwijkingen
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en rapporteren van bevindingen
  • Actief meedenken over optimalisatie en procesverbetering
  • Overleggen en samenwerken met collega-operators
  • Deelnemen aan verbetertrajecten binnen de organisatie
  • Uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoudswerkzaamheden
  • Je beschikt over een Operator B diploma (bijv. VAPRO B)
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en een proactieve werkhouding
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt veel aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • Je bent fysiek fit en werkt graag in een industriële omgeving
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
