The posting

Bij een industrieel productiebedrijf in Mierlo stuur je geautomatiseerde productieprocessen aan vanuit de control room. Via SCADA bewaak je proceswaarden, beoordeel je afwijkingen en stuur je bij om productkwaliteit en rendement op peil te houden. Je werkt met processen zoals extraheren, filtreren en indampen. Daarbij combineer je overzicht over de installatie met praktisch procesinzicht: je begrijpt wat een verandering in instellingen betekent voor het verloop van de productie. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je beeldschermbediening af met procescontroles en monstername voor het productielaboratorium. Je geeft sturing aan je ploeg in een 3-ploegendienst en werkt met de technische dienst aan verbetermaatregelen en preventief onderhoud. Door procesdata en OEE te analyseren, verdiep je je kennis van procesoptimalisatie. Veilig werken, duidelijke overdracht en een nette werkplek volgens 5S horen daarbij. Functie-inhoud - Geautomatiseerde productieprocessen bedienen en bewaken via SCADA vanuit de control room - Extraheren, filtreren en indampen bijregelen bij afwijkingen in proceswaarden - Procescontroles uitvoeren en monsters nemen voor het productielaboratorium - Procesdata analyseren en verbetermaatregelen uitvoeren met de technische dienst - Je ploeg aansturen tijdens de 3-ploegendienst en toezien op veilig werken volgens 5S - Procesprestaties rapporteren en bijdragen aan OEE-verbetering - Preventief onderhoud ondersteunen en technische afwijkingen signaleren Functie-eisen - Mbo-werk- en -denkniveau in procestechniek, bijvoorbeeld via een operatoropleiding - Ervaring met het bedienen en bewaken van geautomatiseerde productieprocessen - Inzicht in SCADA-bediening, proceswaarden, alarmen en procesbijsturing - Kennis van procesveiligheid, kwaliteitscontroles en zorgvuldige monstername - Vermogen om procesdata te interpreteren en verbeteringen praktisch uit te werken - Bereidheid om in 3-ploegendienst te werken en je ploeg operationeel aan te sturen Aanbod - Bruto m.
