Deze organisatie in de food-sector houdt zich bezig met grootschalige zuivelproductie. Het productiebedrijf werkt volgens strikte hygiëne- en veiligheidsnormen en zoekt een Procesoperator Kaasmakerij voor een 4-ploegenrooster. Jij bedient de kaasproductielijnen en voert dagelijkse processturing uit, inclusief kwaliteitscontroles en standaard onderhoud aan machines en installaties. Je werkt in een omgeving met gestandaardiseerde procedures, waar voedselveiligheid hoog in het vaandel staat en waar je betrokken kunt zijn bij optimalisatieprojecten. Functie-inhoud - Jij bedient de kaasproductielijnen veilig en efficiënt als Procesoperator Kaasmakerij. - Jij stelt machines en installaties in en bewaakt procesparameters tijdens productie. - Jij voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en rapporteert afwijkingen direct. - Jij ondersteunt bij omschakelingen tussen productieseries en voert reinigingsroutines uit. - Jij werkt volgens hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en draagt bij aan continu verbeteren. - Jij monitort procesautomatisering via PLC/SCADA, stelt recepten en parameters in en voert eerstelijns foutanalyse en kleine storingsoplossingen uit met escalatie naar technische dienst of ploegleider wanneer nodig. Functie-eisen - MBO-niveau, bij voorkeur opleiding in Procestechniek of Voeding. - Junior kandidaten met praktische stages of tot circa 2 jaar relevante werkervaring zijn welkom. - Bereidheid om te werken in een 4-ploegenrooster en beschikbaar voor 40 uur per week. - Kennis van hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften en bereid deze strikt toe te passen. - Basis technisch inzicht en ervaring met productieapparatuur of hands-on onderhoudstaken. - Nauwkeurige werkhouding, probleemoplossend vermogen en teamgerichte communicatie. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
