Als Procesoperator Mechatronica in Hapert houd je een geautomatiseerde productielijn veilig en stabiel in bedrijf. Je stelt machines af, lost storingen op en denkt mee over verbeteringen. Je verdient € 3.000 tot € 3.600 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring, met daarbovenop 30% ploegentoeslag voor het werken in vijf ploegen. Wat ga je doen? Als Procesoperator Mechatronica ben jij degene die overzicht houdt over de productielijn. Je bewaakt het proces, stelt machines om en stuurt bij wanneer de productie daarom vraagt. Je voert metingen uit en registreert afwijkingen, zodat de kwaliteit goed blijft. Treedt er een storing op? Dan onderzoek je wat er misgaat en los je eerstelijnsstoringen zelf op. Ook voer je preventieve onderhoudstaken uit. Voor grotere technische vraagstukken werk je samen met collega-operators, engineers en de technische dienst. Naast het dagelijkse werk denk je mee over hoe de lijn beter kan draaien. Je komt in een omgeving waar processen verder worden ontwikkeld. Daardoor is er ruimte om jouw technische kennis en ideeën echt te gebruiken. Wie ben je? Je vindt het leuk om te begrijpen hoe machines werken. Als er iets niet goed loopt, blijf je rustig, zoek je naar de oorzaak en pak je het aan.
