De site in de regio Wetteren is strak georganiseerd, overzichtelijk en ontworpen voor efficiëntie. Je komt terecht in een warm team waar samenwerking vanzelfsprekend is en waar je actief je vaardigheden kan ontwikkelen. De site heeft twee hoofdafdelingen: extrusie, waar kunststoflagen worden gevormd tot hoogwaardige producten, en conversie, waar de verpakkingen hun uiteindelijke vorm en uitstraling krijgen. Als procesoperator start je in de extrusieafdeling, word je vanaf dag één betrokken bij het productieproces en volg je een uitgebreide opleiding. Zo kan je je stap voor stap ontwikkelen tot een volwaardige operator.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je laat de extrusielijn soepel draaien door grondstoffen klaar te zetten, ondersteuning te bieden bij lijnwissels en alles strak en georganiseerd te houden, jouw inzet bepaalt het ritme van de productie
  • Zorg voor een kwaliteitsniveau waar je trots op kan zijn met eenvoudige controles, terwijl je leert van collega’s die hun vak door en door beheersen
  • Werk zij aan zij met ervaren operatoren aan omstellingen en opstartprocedures, zodat elke productieronde vlekkeloos en perfect verloopt
  • Een stevige technische basis, bij voorkeur aangevuld met enkele jaren ervaring als (proces)operator, klaar om deze kennis om te zetten in tastbare resultaten
  • Gepassioneerd door productie en techniek, iemand die elke kans om bij te leren met enthousiasme aangrijpt.
  • Praktisch ingesteld, nauwkeurig en doelgericht, met de drive om de handen uit de mouwen te steken en dingen gedaan te krijgen
