The posting

Als procesoperator en onderhoudsmonteur voor de waterzuivering ben je verantwoordelijk voor het veilige en continue functioneren van de zuiveringsinstallaties. Je bewaakt het proces vanuit de controlekamer en voert controles en inspecties in het veld uit. Daarnaast pak je eerstelijnsstoringen en eenvoudige onderhoudswerkzaamheden zelfstandig op, zoals kalibratie van sensoren en het bijvullen van chemicaliën. Je registreert meldingen en werkorders in SAP en rapporteert procesafwijkingen met concrete verbetervoorstellen. De functie vraagt om een praktische instelling, basiskennis van elektrotechniek en affiniteit met procestechniek. Verwacht afwisseling tussen procesvoering en technisch onderhoud, met een dienstrooster waarbij je circa één weekend per 3–4 weken beschikbaar bent. Functie-inhoud - Bewaken en bijsturen van het zuiveringsproces vanuit de controlekamer en tijdens veldrondes om processtabiliteit te waarborgen. - Monitoren van flows, beluchting, slibsystemen en online sensoren; kalibreren en schoonmaken om meetbetrouwbaarheid te garanderen. - Uitvoeren van eerstelijns storingsdiagnose, verhelpen van lichte storingen en uitvoeren van kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden. - Registreren van meldingen en werkorders in SAP, uitvoeren van smeer- en olierondes en controleren van afsluiters en tanks.

Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-opleiding (niveau 3) in werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek, procestechniek of vergelijkbaar technisch vakgebied. - Praktische ervaring met onderhoud in een industriële omgeving en kennis van procescontrole en procestechniek. - Basiskennis van elektrotechniek/besturingstechniek en affiniteit met waterzuiveringsprocessen en sensortechnologie. - Bereidheid tot het draaien van circa één weekenddienst per 3–4 weken en administratieve ervaring met SAP is een pré.
