The posting

Voor een nieuwe, hoogtechnologische productieomgeving in regio Lommel zoeken we operatoren voor zowel de Hot End als Cold End. De fabriek wordt momenteel opgebouwd en zal eind 2026 operationeel worden. Je krijgt de kans om vanaf de start mee te werken aan een volledig nieuwe productiesite.

Jouw functie

Afhankelijk van je kwaliteiten werk je aan het warme of koude gedeelte van het productieproces.

Hot End

  • Je bedient en controleert de installaties voor grondstoffen, glasoven, tinbad en koeloven.
  • Je volgt procesparameters zoals temperatuur, druk en andere meetgegevens op.
  • Je stuurt instellingen bij wanneer nodig en grijpt in bij afwijkingen.
  • Je analyseert trends en procesdata vanuit de controlekamer.
  • Je werkt mee aan lijnomstellingen en productwissels.
  • Je registreert productiegegevens en rapporteert afwijkingen.
  • Je voert eenvoudige onderhoudswerken uit en houdt de werkplek netjes.
  • Bij technische problemen werk je samen met de onderhoudsdienst.

Cold End

  • Je bedient en bewaakt de koeloven, snijlijn, kwaliteitscontrole en verpakkingsinstallaties.
  • Je stelt machines correct in en past parameters aan waar nodig.
  • Je voert productwissels en lijnomstellingen uit.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van het geproduceerde glas.
  • Je registreert productiegegevens en eventuele afwijkingen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij kleine onderhoudswerken en zorgt voor een nette installatie.
  • Je detecteert storingen en schakelt de technische dienst in.

Je hebt ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in een continu productieproces.

Je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht en begrijpt hoe processen en installaties samenwerken.

Je werkt graag met cijfers, meetgegevens, schermen en procesinformatie.

Je bent alert, nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk.

Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een ploeg.

Je communiceert duidelijk met collega's en technische medewerkers.

Je bent bereid om in een volcontinu systeem te werken.

Indien nodig kan je kortstondig in een warme werkomgeving werken.
