Ben jij technisch aangelegd en toe aan een volgende stap in de procestechniek? Als Procesoperator Verpakking werk je met moderne, geautomatiseerde verpakkingslijnen binnen een internationale productieomgeving. Je krijgt volop ruimte voor ontwikkeling, doorgroeimogelijkheden en de kans om kosteloos je Operator A-diploma te behalen.

Wat ga je doen? Als Procesoperator Verpakking ben je verantwoordelijk voor een veilig, efficiënt en kwalitatief verpakkingsproces. Na een uitgebreid inwerktraject leer je de productielijnen, installaties en processen volledig kennen, zodat je zelfstandig meerdere lijnen kunt bedienen.

Je werkt met moderne, computergestuurde verpakkingsmachines en draagt actief bij aan een stabiel productieproces en een optimale productkwaliteit.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

- Opstarten, instellen, bedienen en ombouwen van geautomatiseerde verpakkingslijnen; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsrichtlijnen; - Registreren van productiegegevens, procesparameters en kwaliteitsmetingen; - Uitvoeren van preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden via digitale onderhoudssystemen; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en verbeterkansen binnen het proces; - Actief bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie en efficiëntieverbeteringen.

Binnen de afdeling Verpakking wordt binnenkort een nieuwe, volledig geautomatiseerde verpakkingslijn in gebruik genomen. Deze lijn beschikt over moderne technologieën zoals servo-aangedreven systemen en geavanceerde besturingstechnieken, waardoor je dagelijks werkt met de nieuwste ontwikkelingen binnen de procestechniek.

Je werkt 36 uur per week in een 3-ploegendienst. Tijdens de nachtdienstweek werk je vier nachten, waardoor je standaard vrij bent op vrijdagnacht.
