Salaris: €2600 - €4000 per maand. Jij bedient en stelt verpakkingslijnen af, controleert etikettering en batchinformatie, en werkt samen met onderhoudsteams om storingen snel op te lossen. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en stelt zelfstandig de verpakkingslijnen af en behaalt productie- en kwaliteitseisen. - Je bedient en monitort machines van de verpakkingslijn en stuurt bij waar nodig om continuïteit te waarborgen. - Je controleert dagelijks verpakkingsgegevens en zorgt dat etikettering en batchinformatie accuraat zijn. - Je voert reiniging en desinfectie uit volgens voedselveiligheidsnormen en zorgt voor hygiëne op de lijn. - Je signaleert en rapporteert storingen, voert eerste storingsdiagnoses uit en werkt samen met technische teams om oplossingen te realiseren. - Je ondersteunt bij kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden en overdrachten aan de technische dienst. - Je monitort en stelt parameters in via PLC-gestuurde HMI-systemen op een volledig verpakkingsstation, voert eerste lijns storingsoplossingen zelfstandig uit en escaleert complexe technische problemen naar de technische dienst of ploegleider. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Techniek, Procesindustrie of Elektrotechniek. - Enige ervaring in een productie- of verpakkingsomgeving is gewenst, ook geschikt voor starters met technische opleiding. - Kennis van basisprocesbewaking en veilige werkmethoden. - Nauwkeurigheid bij het controleren van etikettering en batchgegevens. - Bereidheid om volgens vaste d.
