Je krijgt een belangrijke rol in een omgeving waar precisie telt en waar jouw inzet rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan producten die dagelijks op tafel komen.

Waar kom je terecht?

Je werkt in een moderne, sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid, samenwerking en HACCP‑normen centraal staan.

Dankzij een grondige interne opleiding leer je stap voor stap het volledige productieproces én de installaties van A tot Z kennen. Je staat er nooit alleen voor en kan rekenen op ervaren collega’s.

Jouw takenpakket

Als operator hou jij het overzicht en zorg je dat alles blijft draaien:

  • Bewaken en opvolgen van het volledige productieproces, met oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Instellen, bedienen en ombouwen van machines, procesinstallaties en transportsystemen
  • Controleren van procesparameters en tijdig ingrijpen bij afwijkingen
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en strikt werken volgens vastgelegde procedures
  • Rapporteren en werken met digitale systemen zoals SAP of vergelijkbare software
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega‑operators en techniekers

Afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid en teamwork staan hier centraal.

  • Je beschikt over technische kennis via opleiding of ervaring (bijvoorbeeld chemie, voeding of procestechniek)
  • Ervaring als operator is noodzakelijk
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt een sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn en blijft rustig onder druk
  • Je denkt probleemoplossend en kan zelfstandig werken
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
