Als Procesoperator in Harderwijk zorg jij samen met je collega's voor een soepel productieproces en producten van constante kwaliteit. Je krijgt een afwisselende baan, werkt in een betrokken team en kunt rekenen op goede begeleiding. Omschrijving Als Procesoperator ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het productieproces. Je start de machines op, stelt ze goed in en houdt tijdens de productie nauwlettend in de gaten of alles volgens planning verloopt. Je werkt met deegmassa's volgens traditionele recepten en zorgt ervoor dat de grondstoffen op de juiste manier worden verwerkt. Daarbij staan kwaliteit, hygiëne en nauwkeurig werken centraal. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er zeker niet alleen voor. Samen met andere operators en productiemedewerkers houd je het proces draaiende. Ontstaat er een kleine storing? Dan probeer je deze zelf op te lossen. Voor grotere technische problemen schakel je de Technische Dienst in. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - opstarten, instellen en bedienen van productiemachines; - mengen en verwerken van grondstoffen volgens receptuur; - bewaken van het productieproces en de productkwaliteit; - signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen; - reinigen en onderhouden van machines volgens de geldende hygiënerichtlijnen. Je werkt voornamelijk in een 3-ploegendienst. In rustigere periodes kan dit een 2-ploegendienst zijn. Hierdoor blijft je werk afwisselend en weet je samen met je collega's iedere dienst weer voor een goed eindresultaat te zorgen.
