The posting

Als procesoperator in Warffum ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en beheersen van een geautomatiseerde productielijn voor plantaardige kaas. Je stuurt het productieproces aan, stelt apparatuur in, bewaakt procesparameters en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit. Daarnaast verzorg je het afvullen van het eindproduct en de gereedmelding voor gekoelde opslag. Afhankelijk van de planning word je ook ingezet op verpakkingslijnen voor granulaat, waarbij BigBag, 25 kg-zakken en bulkverpakking voorkomen. Werkdagen en -tijden liggen doorgaans tussen 06:00 en 22:00 met de weekenden vrij; bij groei van de productie kan doorgroei naar ploegendienst plaatsvinden. Voor deze functie is een VAPRO B-achtergrond gewenst of moet je bereid zijn die opleiding te volgen. Functie-inhoud - Sturen en monitoren van het geautomatiseerde productieproces voor plantaardige kaas, inclusief parameters en proceswaarden. - Instellen en bedienen van machines, uitvoeren van schakelingen, en oplossen van eenvoudige storingen tijdens productie. - Afvullen van eindproduct in BigBag, 25kg-zakken en bulk en gereedmaken voor gekoelde opslag. - Inzetten op verpakkingslijnen en samenwerken met collega's bij lijnwissel, kwaliteitscontroles en overdrachten.

Functie-eisen - Afgeronde VAPRO B-opleiding of bereidheid deze vakopleiding te volgen tijdens indiensttreding. - Goed technisch inzicht en vaardigheid in het instellen, controleren en afstellen van procesapparatuur. - Zelfstandige werkhouding, sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en nauwkeurigheid bij kwaliteits- en veiligheidscontroles. - Flexibele beschikbaarheid binnen werktijden tussen 06:00 en 22:00; weekenden doorgaans vrij maar inzet kan variëren.

Wij bieden - Fulltime dienstverband voor 40 uur per week met vaste werkdagen en werktijden in overleg. - Werken op een geautomatiseerde productielocatie met afwisseling tussen processturing en verpakkingsactiviteiten. - Vrije weekenden; werktijden liggen hoofdzakelijk tussen 06:00 en 22:00, inzet
