Als procesoperator waterzuivering zorg je ervoor dat de verschillende installaties goed blijven werken. Je controleert, onderhoudt, zoekt uit wat er misgaat en lost technische problemen op. Je krijgt bovendien de kans om de wereld van waterzuivering al doende te leren kennen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je volgt de installaties van de waterzuivering dagelijks op en je controleert of alles technisch goed blijft werken
  • Je zoekt storingen en technische problemen uit en je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit
  • Je herstelt technische problemen waar mogelijk zelf en je denkt mee over hoe installaties beter of efficiënter kunnen werken
  • Je voert samen met je collega's de nodige CIP's uit en je leert steeds meer over waterzuivering en de technieken die daarbij komen kijken
  • Je helpt mee om de installaties betrouwbaar en operationeel te houden en je werkt veilig en helpt mee om de installaties op een duurzame manier te laten werken

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht binnen de technische dienst van een moderne productieomgeving. De waterzuivering is een belangrijk onderdeel van de werking en jij helpt ervoor zorgen dat alle installaties blijven doen wat ze moeten doen. Je werkt samen met een team van techniekers, maar krijgt ook de nodige zelfstandigheid. Je krijgt de kans om de installaties goed te leren kennen en steeds meer zelf op te lossen.

  • Je hebt een technische bachelor, bijvoorbeeld elektriciteit of elektromechanica, of gelijkwaardige ervaring en je hebt een goede basiskennis van elektriciteit en mechanica
  • Je bent technisch aangelegd en sleutelt graag aan installaties en machines en je bent graag praktisch bezig en staat liever op de werkvloer dan aan een bureau
  • Je kunt logisch nadenken wanneer er een storing of probleem opduikt en je probeert eerst zelf uit te zoeken hoe je iets kunt oplossen
