Ben jij technisch aangelegd en wil je werken als procesoperator in een moderne productieomgeving? Voor een internationale speler binnen de voedingsindustrie zoeken wij een procesoperator die mee instaat voor een vlot en kwalitatief productieproces.

Je komt terecht in een ultramoderne productieomgeving waar verschillende soorten desserts worden geproduceerd, zowel op basis van melk als melk-alternatieven. De productie gebeurt met geavanceerde installaties en moderne afvullijnen.

Je werkt in ploegen en krijgt een grondige opleiding op de werkvloer.

Als procesoperator volg je het productieproces nauwgezet op en zorg je ervoor dat de installaties correct functioneren.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Instellen, bedienen en controleren van productie-installaties
  • Opvolgen van het volledige productieproces via de controlekamer en op de werkvloer
  • Controleren en bijsturen van procesparameters
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van grondstoffen en productiemengingen
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en registreren van productiegegevens
  • Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen
  • Uitvoeren van reinigings- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden volgens de geldende procedures
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's van productie, kwaliteit en technische dienst
  • Werken volgens de voorschriften rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en hygiëne

Je zorgt er mee voor dat het productieproces efficiënt verloopt en dat de producten volgens de juiste kwaliteitsnormen worden geproduceerd.

We zoeken vooral iemand die technisch inzicht heeft en graag met productie-installaties werkt.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of hebt relevante ervaring in een productieomgeving
  • Ervaring als operator of procesoperator is een plus
  • Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie is mooi meegenomen
  • Je kunt technische informatie en productie-instructies correct opvolgen
  • Je hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar werkt ook vlot samen met collega's
  • Je bent bereid om in ploegen te werken

Ervaring met procesinstallaties, PLC-sturingen of geautomatiseerde productielijnen is een extra troef
