Zoek jij een veelzijdige rol waarin jouw organisatietalent en kennis van aanbestedingen direct impact hebben op de dagelijkse werkomgeving van honderden collega's? Als Procesregisseur Aanbestedingen binnen Facilitair & Huisvesting neem jij de strakke regie over uiteenlopende aanbestedingstrajecten, van de aanschaf van nieuw kantoormeubilair tot grootschalige contracten voor schoonmaak of catering. Jij bent de verbindende schakel die projectteams door het hele proces loodst, van eerste behoeftebepaling tot een geslaagde gunde overeenkomst. Wat ga je doen? Je speelt een belangrijke rol binnen het proces van vraag en behoefte bepaling, interne opdrachtverlening en besluitvorming en aanbestedingstrajecten binnen het facilitaire domein. Je bewaakt de voortgang, draagt actief bij en zorgt er mede voor dat alle processtappen zorgvuldig en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd binnen deze trajecten. Daarnaast lees je mee met aanbestedingsdocumenten en bied je inhoudelijke ondersteuning en feedback om de kwaliteit van de stukken te waarborgen. Bij sommige aanbestedingen vervul je ook de rol van projectleider. In die gevallen start je met de behoeftebepaling: je onderzoekt wat er ingekocht moet worden, wat de scope en omvang van het project is en welke gemeentelijke doelstellingen hierbij een rol spelen, zoals beleidsdoelen en duurzaamheid. Je betrekt stakeholders, stelt een projectteam samen en werkt de behoefte uit in een startdocument. Na goedkeuring meld je de aanbesteding aan bij Inkoop en werk je nauw samen met de inkoopadviseur.
