In deze tijdelijke opdracht verbind je de Planning & Control-cyclus met inhoudelijke opgaven, bestuurlijke keuzes en financiële sturing. Je brengt overzicht in complexe processen, organiseert de afstemming tussen teams en zorgt dat producten tijdig en in samenhang tot stand komen. Daarmee help je management en bestuur om beter onderbouwde keuzes te maken en maatschappelijke resultaten te versterken. Wat ga je doen - Je voert regie op en bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en samenhang van P&C-producten over de gehele Planning & Control-cyclus. - Je ondersteunt het VMT en AMT bij integrale afwegingen rondom P&C-producten. - Je signaleert risico's, afhankelijkheden en knelpunten en maakt deze tijdig bespreekbaar. - Je organiseert de afstemming tussen teams, programma's en financiën. - Je adviseert over procesverbeteringen en organisatieontwikkeling. - Je zorgt dat de organisatie tijdig, integraal en met de juiste kwaliteit bijdraagt aan producten zoals de kadernota, begroting, bestuursrapportages en jaarrekening. - Je bent de spil tussen concern- en teammanagers, programmaschrijvers, financiën, directie en bestuur. - Je werkt toe naar een aanpak die structureel landt in de organisatie, zodat je tijdelijke inzet blijvende waarde oplevert.
