Hierbij heb je veel contact met gedelegeerde proceseigenaren en collega procesregisseurs waarbij jouw communicatieve vaardigheden,analytisch vermogen en ondernemendheid goed van pas komen. Je denkt mee op tactisch en strategisch niveau, je weet overzicht te behouden en kansnel verbanden leggen. Procesverbeteringen signaleer je vanuit analyses die je uit eigen initiatief uitvoert maar ook vanuit de behoeften van debusiness. Je bent dus een aanspreekpunt en sparringpartner. Daarnaast ontwerp en teken je nieuwe processen die voor diverse regelingen opgezet worden. Hierbij voer je impact-analyses uit en voer jegesprekken met de business om een proces te ontwerpen waarmee zowel de burgers die getroffen zijn zo efficiënt en effectief mogelijk geholpen kanworden als de medewerkers een goed werkbaar proces in handen hebben.
