In het kort: Je gaat als procesregisseur een participatief traject leiden om het gemeentelijke subsidiebeleid te herijken, een integraal subsidiebeleidskader ontwikkelen, stakeholders betrekken, bestuurlijke processen begeleiden en draagvlak en transparantie in beleid realiseren. Profiel procesregisseur herijking subsidiebeleid De gemeente Roermond zoekt een ervaren procesregisseur die verantwoordelijk is voor het begeleiden van het participatieve traject ten behoeve van de herijking van het gemeentelijke subsidiebeleid (fase 2). De procesregisseur ondersteunt het projectteam bij het ontwikkelen van een integraal subsidiebeleidskader en de vertaling naar subsidieregelingen en zorgt voor een zorgvuldig proces waarbij interne en externe stakeholders actief worden betrokken. De opdracht volgt uit de door het college van B&W vastgestelde projectopdracht. Wat ga je doen? Het realiseren van een transparant, gedragen en toekomstbestendig subsidiebeleidskader en bijbehorende subsidieregelingen waarin helder is: - wanneer subsidie wordt ingezet; - voor welke maatschappelijke doelen subsidie wordt gebruikt; - wanneer een subsidie- of inkooprelatie passend is; - hoe rechtmatigheid, doelmatigheid en effectiviteit worden geborgd; - hoe de gemeente op een zorgvuldige wijze omgaat met bestaande subsidierelaties In jouw functie heb je in ieder geval de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden: De procesregisseur: Procesontwerp en participatie - Ontwikkelt een participatieplan inclusief aanpak, stakeholdersanalyse en participatiestrategie. - Organiseert en begeleidt interactieve bijeenkomsten, werksessies en dialoogtafels met de gemeenteraad en interne en externe stakeholders. - Zorgt voor actieve betrokkenheid van interne en externe stakeholders. - Adviseert over participatievormen passend bij verschillende doelgroepen. - Geeft uitvoering aan het participatieplan. Bestuurlijke begeleiding - Organiseert en begeleidt de dialoog met gemeenteraad en de ambtelijke organisatie. - Signa.
