Daarbij breng je belangen samen en stuur je toe naar een gedragen samenwerkingsovereenkomst. Je werkt onafhankelijk en zelfstandig aan een helder proces met oog voor bestuurlijke en inhoudelijke afstemming. In deze rol vertaal je complexe vraagstukken naar concrete acties en besluitvorming. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen publieke en private partijen. Wat ga je doen - Je begeleidt de betrokken partijen bij de voorbereiding en verdere ontwikkeling van het warmtenet. - Je faciliteert de gezamenlijke projectgroep en de bijbehorende projectstructuur. - Je zit bestuurlijke overleggen en gezamenlijke projectgroepoverleggen voor en bereidt deze voor. - Je faciliteert het besluitvormingsproces en bewaakt acties, voortgang en bestuurlijke afstemming. - Je werkt op verzoek van de projectgroep relevante scenario’s en mogelijkheden uit en rekent deze door. - Je neemt deel aan relevante werkgroepen voor zover nodig om het resultaat te realiseren. - Je voert inhoudelijke reviews uit op relevante documenten, waaronder aansluit- en leveringscontracten, de businesscase en het concept-warmteprogramma. - Je adviseert de projectleider Warmtenet en de beleidsadviseur Warmteprogramma over inhoudelijke en procesmatige vraagstukken. - Je signaleert en bespreekbaar maakt risico’s, kansen en bestuurlijke aandachtspunten. - Je stimuleert tijdige besluitvorming en bewaakt de voortgang richting de definitieve SOK. Eisen - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 10 jaar met proces-, programma- en/of projectregie binnen de energie- en/of warmtetransitie. - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met het begeleiden van complexe samenwerkings- en besluitvormingsprocessen tussen publieke en private partijen binnen de energie- en/of warmtetransitie. - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met het voorbereiden en begeleiden van bestuurlijke besluitvorming, waaronder h.
