KNAPP Systemintegration GmbH mit Sitz in Leoben ist Teil der weltweiten aktiven KNAPP - Gruppe und Spezialist für ganzheitliche Logistiklösunge... 1 Process and Application Manager mit Schwerpunkt Engineering Tools (m/w/x) #yourmission * Du bist zentrale Anlaufstelle für systemtechnische Fragestellungen im Bereich rund um Engineering Tools. * Du koordinierst, unterstützt und leitest Projekte im prozesstechnischen Umfeld und stellst eine strukturierte und transparente Umsetzung sicher. * Du fungierst als verbindende Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und Key Usern. * Die Unterstützung von Kollegen und Kolleginnen bei ihrer Arbeit mit den Engineering Systemen macht dir Spaß. * Du arbeitest aktiv bei Fehleranalysen mit, bringst Verbesserungsvorschläge ein und unterstützt die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen und entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungen. * Du bereitest Wissen strukturiert auf und gibst dieses in Form von Schulungen, Leitfäden und Dokumentationen weiter.

#youareknapp * Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit technischem oder organisatorischem Fokus (HTL, FH, Universität). * Du bringst erste Erfahrung im Unternehmensumfeld (Prozessmanagement, Systemkoordination, o.Ä.) mit. * Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis für bereichsübergreifende Abläufe und Schnittstellen. * Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit digitalen Tools wie JIRA, Microsoft Teams und Office 365 sowie mit strukturiertem Aufgabenmanagement oder Workflows. * Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind sehr gut (zumindest auf C1 Niveau). * Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und behältst auch bei mehreren Themen parallel den Überblick. * Du kommunizierst klar, zielgerichtet und professionell mit unterschiedlichen internen Fachbereichen. * Du denkst lösungsorientiert, erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und unterstützt aktiv bei der Optimierung bestehender Abläufe. * Teamfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch runden dein Profil ab.

#weareknapp KNAPP Systemintegration in Leoben ist spezialisiert auf Lösungen im Bereich Lebensmittel- und Leergutlogistik sowie der Implementierung der Value Chain mit welcher alle verketteten, logistischen Prozesse vom Lager bis zum Endkunden geplant, abgebildet und verwaltet werden. Dabei werden die speziellen Anforderungen der Kunden mit höchster Qualität umgesetzt. Für Kunden wie SPAR, El Corte, Kroger oder Woolworths entwickeln wir innovative, maßgeschneiderte Automatisierungskonzepte für den stationären und den Online-Lebensmittelhandel. Dieser Job bietet die Möglichkeit, sich proaktiv in einem hoch motivierten Team einzubringen und mitgestalten zu können, sowie Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position liegt bei brutto EUR 3.500,- pro Monat (38,5 Wochenstunden / KV für Metallgewerbe).
