Wil jij automatisering combineren met procesoptimalisatie, technische analyse en engineering in plaats van uitsluitend achter een laptop PLC-code te schrijven?

Voor een moderne industriële productieomgeving in de regio Kortrijk zoeken we een Automation & Process Improvement Engineer die machines en processen kritisch analyseert en technische verbeteringen mee van idee tot uitvoering brengt.

Je krijgt een brede functie over twee productiesites, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met productie, maintenance en engineering. Je onderzoekt technische verliezen, zoekt structurele oplossingen en krijgt ruimte om je verder te verdiepen in automatisering, digitalisering en industriële data.

Jobomschrijving

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Machines en productieprocessen verbeteren: Je analyseert stilstanden, technische verliezen en inefficiënties en zet deze om in concrete verbeterprojecten.
  • Automatisatie optimaliseren: Je werkt aan bestaande PLC-sturingen en voert aanpassingen uit binnen onder andere Siemens Step 7 en TIA Portal.
  • Structurele storingsanalyse uitvoeren: Je onderzoekt niet alleen wat er fout loopt, maar vooral waarom problemen ontstaan en hoe ze definitief kunnen worden vermeden.
  • Technische verbeteringen realiseren: Je werkt samen met maintenance en productie aan optimalisaties van machines, installaties en productielijnen.
  • Productieperformantie verhogen: Je helpt beschikbaarheid, lijnsnelheid, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van installaties verder te verbeteren.
  • Machinegegevens inzichtelijk maken: Je ondersteunt initiatieven waarbij technische data wordt verzameld en gebruikt om processen beter te begrijpen.
  • Engineeringprojecten ondersteunen: Je werkt mee aan uitbreidingen, modificaties en de implementatie van nieuwe technische oplossingen.
  • Nieuwe technologieën onderzoeken: Je krijgt ruimte om kennis op te bouwen rond onder andere motion, vision, industriële data, digitalisering en predictive maintenance.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding binnen automatisering, elektromechanica, elektronica of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring met of een goede basiskennis van Siemens Step 7 en/of TIA Portal.
  • Je hoeft geen doorwinterde automation specialist te zijn. Technische interesse, analytisch inzicht en de wil om bij te leren zijn minstens even belangrijk.
  • Je vindt het interessant om te begrijpen waarom machines en processen presteren zoals ze presteren.
  • Je denkt verder dan tijdelijke oplossingen en zoekt graag naar duurzame technische verbeteringen.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's uit maintenance, productie en engineering.
  • Je kunt je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans, aangezien dit belangrijk is binnen de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je beschikt daarnaast over een praktische kennis van het Engels.
