Ben jij geboeid door industriële automatisering en haal je energie uit het optimaliseren van productieprocessen? Wil je jouw technische expertise inzetten binnen een moderne productieomgeving waar innovatie en continue verbetering centraal staan? Dan is deze functie als Proces & Controls Engineer wellicht jouw volgende stap.

Als Proces & Controls Engineer krijg je de kans om automatiseringsprojecten van begin tot eind te begeleiden. Je analyseert bestaande processen, ontwikkelt slimme technische oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat installaties betrouwbaar, efficiënt en toekomstgericht functioneren.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je ontwikkelt dashboards en visualisaties van proces- en productiedata via Grafana.
  • Je bouwt KPI- en OEE-rapporteringen uit om productieprestaties inzichtelijk te maken.
  • Je werkt automatiseringsprojecten uit van conceptfase tot implementatie en opstart.
  • Je programmeert, optimaliseert en documenteert PLC-systemen.
  • Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt SCADA-oplossingen voor een efficiënte processturing.
  • Je analyseert technische storingen en werkt duurzame oplossingen uit.
  • Je ondersteunt productie- en technische teams met jouw expertise in automatisering.
  • Je detecteert verbeterkansen en zet deze om in concrete optimalisatieprojecten.
  • Bachelor of master in Elektromechanica, Automatisering of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met PLC-programmatie en industriële automatisering.
  • Kennis van Siemens S7, TIA Portal of vergelijkbare programmeeromgevingen.
  • Inzicht in industriële communicatienetwerken zoals Profibus en Profinet.
  • Ervaring met HMI- en SCADA-systemen.
  • Basiskennis van industriële elektriciteit en elektrische schema's.
  • Kennis van frequentieregelaars, softstarters en veldcomponenten.
  • Kennis van VB.NET is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt analytisch, oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief.
