You bring a strong track record of improving financial close cycles, driving process standardization, and enhancing data quality and automation. With a solid understanding of IFRS/local GAAP and internal controls (including SOX), you ensure compliance while continuously optimizing performance. •Strong stakeholder management across finance, IT, shared services, and external partners. •Analytical and KPI-driven mindset to drive continuous improvement. •Experience in finance transformation, including system implementations and automation. •Lead and develop a team of Business Process Experts (BPEs). •Set clear priorities, objectives, and performance targets. •Drive knowledge sharing and functional excellence within R2R. •Lead training initiatives and support change management within the process area.
