Als process engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het optimaliseren van productieprestaties. Je werkt data‑gedreven, begeleidt lijnteams en zorgt ervoor dat processen slimmer, efficiënter en consistenter verlopen.

Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer en fungeert als vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor operatoren, technici en teamleaders. Je brengt structuur, analyse en coaching samen om echte impact te maken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Procesverbetering & data‑analyse

  • Je analyseert procesverliezen en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je ondersteunt en verbetert Daily Management Systems (zoals centerlining) en volgt resultaten nauwgezet op.
  • Je ontwerpt en onderhoudt systemen voor data‑analyse van product‑ en procesparameters.

Coaching & ondersteuning

  • Je begeleidt en coacht lijnteams in efficiënter, consistenter en kwalitatiever werken.
  • Je bouwt technische kennis op binnen teams en fungeert als zichtbaar aanspreekpunt op de vloer.
  • Je ondersteunt operators bij troubleshooting en dagelijkse technische vraagstukken.

Projecten & innovatie

  • Je ondersteunt R&D‑testen en helpt nieuwe technologieën en procesinnovaties te integreren.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met engineering, maintenance, kwaliteit en operations om verbeterprojecten duurzaam te implementeren.
  • Je bent een belangrijke schakel in de implementatie van het SPARK‑systeem en in het behalen van KPI’s zoals yield, waste, seasoning en olie‑efficiëntie.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving
  • Analytisch sterk, probleemoplossend en vertrouwd met data
  • Je staat graag op de werkvloer en wint vlot het vertrouwen van operators
  • Ervaring met continue verbetering of change management
  • Je communiceert helder, bent coachend en werkt vlot samen met verschillende teams
