Ben jij een analytische ingenieur met een passie voor chemische processen en procesoptimalisatie? Voor een internationale speler binnen de chemische sector zijn wij op zoek naar een Process Engineer (FCB/TFX). In deze uitdagende functie draag je bij aan veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve productieprocessen en speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere groei en innovatie van de organisatie.

Jouw functie

Als Process Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van bestaande productieprocessen en het ondersteunen van de implementatie van nieuwe processen en technologieën. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat processen veilig, efficiënt en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen verlopen.

Je standplaats is voornamelijk Balen, met occasionele verplaatsingen naar andere vestigingen in België en Spanje.

Jouw verantwoordelijkhedenOptimalisatie van bestaande processen

  • Monitoren en analyseren van procesparameters via trending, statistieken, analyses en rapportages.
  • Identificeren en implementeren van optimalisaties om prestaties te verbeteren en productiekosten te verlagen.
  • Uitvoeren van technische verbeteringen tijdens de opvolging van productieprocessen.
  • Onderzoeken van afwijkingen en organiseren van root cause analyses.
  • Ondersteunen bij CAPA-trajecten (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van procesdocumentatie.
  • Uitvoeren van haalbaarheidsstudies en impactanalyses voor proceswijzigingen.

Implementatie van nieuwe processen

  • Coördineren van technologieoverdrachten naar productie.
  • Organiseren en deelnemen aan risicoanalyses, waaronder procesveiligheids- en milieuanalyses.
  • Reviewen van Master Batch Records (MBR's), validatiedocumentatie en homogeniteitsstudies.
  • Ondersteunen van klanten tijdens proceswitnessing in productie.
  • Evalueren en analyseren van productiecampagnes en de bijhorende procesdata.

Uitbouwen van procesexpertise

  • Ontwikkelen van diepgaande kennis van de processen en installaties binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Op de hoogte blijven van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen en technologieën binnen de chemische procesindustrie.
  • Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor procesgerelateerde vraagstukken.

Samenwerking en projectondersteuning

  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke samenwerkingen met verschillende interne afdelingen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een efficiënte projectuitvoering en vlotte communicatie tussen stakeholders.
  • Deelnemen aan projectvergaderingen en het bewaken van de voortgang van acties en projecten.

Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Chemie, Bio-ingenieurswetenschappen, Chemische Technologie of gelijkwaardig.

Je hebt een sterke interesse in industriële chemische processen, procesvalidatie en risicoanalyses.

Je bent analytisch sterk en werkt oplossingsgericht.

Je hebt een proactieve mentaliteit en streeft naar een ‘right first time’-aanpak.

Je communiceert vlot in zowel Nederlands als Engels.

Je bent een echte teamspeler en werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders.

Ervaring met het leiden van projectvergaderingen is een troef.

Je bent organisatorisch sterk, kan prioriteiten stellen en presteert goed onder tijdsdruk.
