Wil jij een ERP-project van bij de systeemkeuze mee vormgeven en tegelijk de processen van een groeiend bedrijf verbeteren? Voor Out of Use zoeken wij een Process Engineer die begrijpt hoe mensen, processen en technologie op elkaar inspelen. Out of Use helpt organisaties om waarde te halen uit afgedankte elektronica via hergebruik, remarketing en hoogwaardige recyclage. Het bedrijf groeit en wil zijn werking verder professionaliseren en digitaliseren. Vanuit het Innovation Team krijg je daarin een rol met impact op de hele organisatie. Je eerste grote opdracht: meewerken aan de selectie en implementatie van een nieuw ERP-systeem.

Wat ga je doen? Je trekt het ERP-project mee van selectie tot implementatie. Je spreekt met de verschillende afdelingen, brengt hun behoeften in kaart en vertaalt die naar functionele vereisten. Je helpt een systeem kiezen dat past bij de werking van Out of Use. Tijdens de implementatie bewaak je de scope, planning en prioriteiten, en stem je af met collega’s en externe partners. Je hebt ook oog voor de mensen die straks dagelijks met het systeem werken.

Je verbetert en borgt processen. Je onderzoekt hoe het werk vandaag verloopt, waar knelpunten zitten en wat eenvoudiger of efficiënter kan. Samen met teams zoals Operations, Finance, Sales en Customer Service vertaal je verbeteringen naar werkbare processen, duidelijke workflows en werkinstructies. Je documenteert de afspraken zodat ze ook in de praktijk blijven werken. Je maakt digitale mogelijkheden concreet. Je onderzoekt waar automatisering, AI en andere tools tijd kunnen besparen of de kwaliteit kunnen verhogen. Je hoeft daarvoor geen developer te zijn. Je herkent kansen, test ideeën en helpt bruikbare oplossingen invoeren. We zoeken een medior profiel dat analytisch denkt en projecten ook daadwerkelijk vooruithelpt.

Je hebt bij voorkeur: - Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische, economische of bedrijfskundige richting. - Enkele jaren ervaring in process engineering, business analysis, ERP, digitale transformatie of operational excellence. - Ervaring met projectmanagement en het zelfstandig coördineren van projecten. - Het vermogen om vragen uit de business te vertalen naar processen en systeemvereisten. - Interesse in AI, automatisering en digitale innovatie. Ervaring met de selectie of implementatie van een ERP-systeem is een sterke troef. Je communiceert helder met verschillende stakeholders, krijgt collega’s mee in verandering en houdt steeds het praktische resultaat voor ogen.
