Als Process Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het verbeteren en optimaliseren van productieprocessen. Je onderzoekt knelpunten, werkt verbeterinitiatieven uit en zorgt voor een efficiënte en veilige werking van processen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Analyseren van storingen en afwijkingen binnen productieprocessen en voorstellen uitwerken voor duurzame verbeteringen.
  • In kaart brengen van bestaande processen en ontwikkelen, testen en implementeren van optimalisaties.
  • Opzetten en aansturen van verbeterprojecten rond veiligheid, efficiëntie en onderhoud.
  • Coördineren van projecten van voorbereiding tot implementatie en opvolging van de behaalde resultaten.
  • Begeleiden van workshops gericht op het identificeren van optimalisatiemogelijkheden.
  • Ondersteunen en verder ontwikkelen van systemen voor procesbewaking.
  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en bijdragen aan veilige werkmethodes.
  • Opstellen en actualiseren van werkinstructies, procesdocumentatie en standaardprocedures.

Deze functie biedt een uitdagende rol voor een Procesingenieur, Process Improvement Engineer of Manufacturing Engineer die graag resultaten realiseert binnen een technische productieomgeving.

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektromechanica.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als engineer binnen een technisch georiënteerde productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring als Process Engineer met kennis van processimulaties en standaardprocedures.
  • Grondige kennis van process engineering.
  • Ervaring met het analyseren van productiegegevens, bijvoorbeeld via downtime-analyses, en het uitwerken van verbetermaatregelen.
  • Kennis van Lean- en Six Sigma-methodieken.
  • Voldoende veiligheidskennis om risico's te herkennen en risicoanalyses uit te voeren.
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels voor documentatie, overleg en rapportering.
  • Kennis van andere talen zijn een pluspunt
