The posting

Als Process Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het optimaliseren, stabiliseren en verder automatiseren van onze CNC-productie voor technische kunststoffen en composieten. Je werkt nauw samen met de productie en bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer om processen efficiënter, betrouwbaarder en kwaliteitsvoller te maken.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Optimaliseren van CNC-processen (draaien en frezen) op vlak van kwaliteit, cyclustijden en efficiëntie.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van technische procesproblemen op de werkvloer.
  • Uitwerken en implementeren van automatiseringsoplossingen.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan productie en inspectie.
  • Begeleiden van de opstart van nieuwe producten en prototypes (NPI).
  • Samenwerken met operatoren en CAM-programmeurs.
  • Opstellen en up-to-date houden van werkinstructies en procesdocumentatie.
  • Initiëren en opvolgen van continuous improvement- en Lean-projecten.

oor deze functie zoeken we een technisch sterke en hands-on Process Engineer die graag meedenkt over het verbeteren van productieprocessen. Je bent analytisch, leergierig en voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving.

Jouw profiel:

  • Bachelor Elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige technische opleiding.
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Interesse in CNC-bewerkingen (draaien en/of frezen).
  • Affiniteit met automatisatie en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Analytisch, pragmatisch en graag aanwezig op de werkvloer.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en vlotte samenwerking met operatoren en collega's.
  • Basiskennis van programmeren (bijvoorbeeld functieblokdiagram of C/C++).
  • Basiskennis van elektronische en pneumatische sturingen.
  • Ervaring met CAD-software (zoals Fusion 360) is een plus.
  • Kennis van Lean-methodieken is mooi meegenomen.
