The posting

  • Je analyseert de productieprocessen binnen printing, coating en laminatie en brengt technische knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden in kaart.
  • Je werkt gerichte acties uit om kwaliteit, rendement, processtabiliteit en energieverbruik te optimaliseren.
  • Je volgt verbeterprojecten van analyse en voorbereiding tot implementatie en evaluatie op.
  • Je coördineert testen met nieuwe grondstoffen, recepturen, afwerkingen en productietechnieken.
  • Je begeleidt projecten rond de selectie, aankoop, installatie en ingebruikname van nieuwe machines.
  • Je voert samen met R&D en productie studies en industriële testen uit voor nieuwe toepassingen en procesverbeteringen.
  • Je analyseert testresultaten en productiegegevens en vertaalt deze naar onderbouwde technische aanbevelingen.
  • Je volgt relevante marktontwikkelingen, materialen en nieuwe productietechnologieën op.
  • Je ondersteunt operatoren en teamleads bij technische vragen, afwijkingen en specifieke productieprojecten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit productie, kwaliteit, R&D, onderhoud en andere technische afdelingen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe processen en verbeteringen correct worden gedocumenteerd en duurzaam worden verankerd.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in chemie, textieltechnologie of een vergelijkbare technische richting en hebt minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Ook met een relevant bachelordiploma en ruime ervaring binnen procesengineering of een soortgelijke functie kom je in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in chemische productieprocessen, oppervlaktebehandeling of textielveredeling.
  • Ervaring met printing, coating, laminatie of vergelijkbare productieprocessen vormt een belangrijke troef.
  • Je combineert analytisch inzicht met een praktische aanpak en zoekt oplossingen die ook op de werkvloer uitvoerbaar zijn.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt gestructureerd en kunt verschillende technische projecten gelijktijdig opvolgen.
  • Je communiceert gemakkelijk met zowel operatoren als technische specialisten en andere interne betrokkenen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Omdat kleurbeoordeling een belangrijk onderdeel van de processen vormt, beschik je over een goed kleuronderscheidingsvermogen.
