The posting

In deze functie als Process Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en optimaliseren van productieprocessen binnen een industriële omgeving. Je focust op het verhogen van de efficiëntie, het verminderen van verspilling en je draagt bij aan de digitalisering van het productieproces. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om bestaande processen te verbeteren en innovatieve oplossingen te implementeren.

Op dagelijkse basis verzamel en analyseer je procesdata, maak je rapporten en dashboards die inzicht geven in de werking van de productie. Je stelt duidelijke procedures en instructies op en organiseert trainingen, zodat nieuwe standaarden goed geïmplementeerd worden. Je neemt het voortouw in projecten rond veiligheid, digitalisering, ergonomie en investeringen.

  • Je beschikt over een professionele bachelor en 1 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving waar continu verbeteren centraal staat.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en werkt gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je hebt uitgebreide kennis van Excel; ervaring met tools als Power BI is mooi meegenomen.
  • Kennis van SAP, MES of andere productiedatasystemen is een plus.
  • Enige ervaring met Lean en/of Six Sigma is wenselijk.
  • Je communiceert vlot en kan op verschillende niveaus schakelen.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels uitstekend. Andere talen zijn een meerwaarde.
