Ben jij analytisch sterk, geboeid door industriële processen en gedreven om productieprocessen continu te verbeteren? In deze rol krijg je de kans om technische problemen structureel aan te pakken, verbeterprojecten te trekken en samen met de productie- en onderhoudsteams de prestaties van een industriële omgeving naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je analyseert bestaande productieprocessen en identificeert verbeteringen op korte en lange termijn, met aandacht voor efficiëntie, kwaliteit en rendement.
  • Je onderzoekt processtoringen en technische problemen om de onderliggende oorzaken te achterhalen en structurele oplossingen uit te werken.
  • Je past methodieken zoals 5 Why, DMAIC, PDCA, Pareto en OEE-analyses toe om verbeteringen concreet te realiseren.
  • Je coacht en begeleidt operatoren op de werkvloer en helpt hen om processen efficiënter en consistenter uit te voeren.
  • Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert technische standaarden, werkinstructies en procescontroles, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de onderhoudsafdeling rond technische aanpassingen, prioriteiten en mogelijke investeringen in het machinepark.
  • Je leidt kleinschalige verbeterprojecten en begeleidt veranderingen met focus op kostprijs, kwaliteit, productievolume, veiligheid en milieu.
  • Je ondersteunt productontwikkeling, van de eerste industriële testen tot de volledige opschaling naar productie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur chemie of materiaalkunde.
  • Je hebt ongeveer 2 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, denkt kritisch en weet complexe problemen om te zetten in concrete oplossingen.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt gestructureerd en voelt je comfortabel bij het zelfstandig trekken van verbeterprojecten.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet collega's op de werkvloer mee te nemen in nieuwe werkwijzen en verbeteringen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Ervaring met extrusiecoating, lamineren of bindingsprocessen is een pluspunt.
