The posting

  • Je analyseert en optimaliseert operationele processen van inkomende goederen tot assemblage, kwaliteitscontrole, verpakking en picking.
  • Je brengt bottlenecks, verspilling en foutbronnen in kaart en leidt verbeterinitiatieven rond efficiëntie, doorlooptijd, capaciteit en kwaliteit.
  • Je standaardiseert werkwijzen en werkt samen met o.a. R&D, productie, logistiek en kwaliteit om duidelijke documentatie en control plans op te zetten.
  • Je herontwerpt flows om processen sneller, betrouwbaarder en foutloos te maken.
  • Je denkt mee over een slimmere inrichting van picking, packing, staging en opslag om tijdverlies te verminderen.
  • Je helpt mee om systemen slimmer in te zetten en zo handmatige stappen, datafouten en inefficiënties te beperken.
  • Je hebt een nieuwsgierige, AI-gedreven mindset en zoekt actief naar digitale tools die analyse, reporting, documentatie en probleemoplossing versnellen.
  • Je definieert en bewaakt operationele KPI’s zoals productiviteit, picknauwkeurigheid, scrap/rework, OTIF en voorraadnauwkeurigheid.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met planning, aankoop, kwaliteit en de werkvloer om verbeteringen af te stemmen op de dagelijkse realiteit.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Industrial Engineering, Procesengineering, Supply Chain of een gelijkaardige technische richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring in een productie-, assemblage- of logistieke omgeving is een troef.
  • Je denkt sterk vanuit Lean of continue verbetering; een Green Belt is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met ERP-/WMS-systemen en ziet systemen als een hulpmiddel om processen te verbeteren.
  • Je bent digitaal sterk en nieuwsgierig naar AI en moderne tools.
  • Je bent analytisch, werkt vlot met Excel en leert snel nieuwe tools aan.
  • Je hebt een pragmatische, hands-on mindset en staat graag dicht bij de werkvloer.
  • Je bent een sterke coördinator en communicator die mensen mee krijgt zonder formele autoriteit.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
