Als Process Engineer bij Royal A-ware in Almere werk je aan moderne productielijnen binnen onze grootste verpakkingslocatie. Hier krijg je ruimte om analyses om te zetten in concrete verbeteringen die bijdragen aan kwaliteit, efficiëntie en continuïteit. Een rol voor iemand die graag verder kijkt dan alleen de cijfers. Wat ga je doen? Als Process Engineer optimaliseer jij onze primaire productieprocessen. Je monitort machineprestaties, onderzoekt waar grondstoffen, tijd of capaciteit verloren gaan en zet jouw analyses om in duurzame verbeteringen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met productie, Technische Dienst en kwaliteit. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: • Machineprestaties monitoren en analyseren; • Grondstofverliezen en verspilling terugdringen; • Procesverbeteringen ontwerpen en implementeren; • Urgente productieproblemen gezamenlijk oplossen; • Standaard werkwijzen en instellingen beheren; • Operators trainen in verbeterde werkwijzen. Je blijft betrokken van analyse tot implementatie. Zo zorg je niet alleen voor een goed idee, maar ook voor een verbetering die in de praktijk blijft werken. Waar ga je werken? Op Almere Packaging rijpen, versnijden en verpakken we samen met zo'n 600 collega's 24 uur per dag, vijf dagen per week honderden tonnen kaas. Vanuit hier worden bestellingen klaargemaakt voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Royal A-ware is een internationaal familiebedrijf met een historie van meer dan 130 jaar. We groeien, investeren en nemen snel beslissingen. Op deze locatie werk je in een schone productieomgeving met moderne productielijnen waarop kaas wordt verwerkt in stukken, plakken, blokjes en rasp.
