Als Process Engineer speel je een cruciale rol in het coördineren en realiseren van diverse technische projecten binnen ons bedrijf. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om de kwaliteit, efficiëntie en voortgang van projecten te waarborgen. Je houdt je in eerste instantie bezig met het ontwikkelen en verder optimaliseren van onze hybride productie, waarbij de focus ligt op zowel productieontwikkeling als procesoptimalisatie. Een greep uit jouw takenpakket: - Het plannen, leiden en uitvoeren van projecten vanaf de ontwerpfase tot en met de oplevering; - Opstellen van projectplannen, budgetten en tijdschema's; - Continu verbeteren van projectprocessen en bijdragen aan de innovatie binnen het bedrijf; - Identificeren en implementeren van verbeterprojecten volgens de Lean Six Sigma-methodologie; - Zorgen voor naleving van technische specificaties, kwaliteitsnormen en veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Identificeren van mogelijke risico's en problemen binnen projecten en proactief zoeken naar oplossingen; - Zorgdragen voor productontwikkeling en het monitoren hiervan. Wat wij vragen - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de richting Chemische Technologie, Werktuigbouwkundig of vergelijkbaar; - Ervaring met de Lean Six Sigma methodiek, en in het bezit van een Green- of Black belt; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de procesindustrie; - Uitstekende projectmanagementvaardigheden en ervaring met methodieken zoals PMW, Prince2, IPMA of vergelijkbaar; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in woord en schrift, zowel Nederlands als Engels; - Als persoon ben je analytisch, creatief, innovatief en oplossings- en resultaatgericht; - Proactieve houding en vermogen om zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig te werken.
