Ben jij een Process Engineer met een technische achtergrond en haal je energie uit het analyseren en verbeteren van productieprocessen? Werk je graag hands-on en wil je een directe impact hebben op veiligheid, efficiëntie en productiviteit? Dan is deze functie als Process Engineer een mooie uitdaging voor jou.

Als Process Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren, optimaliseren en verder ontwikkelen van productieprocessen. Je werkt nauw samen met productie, techniek en andere stakeholders en begeleidt verbeterprojecten van analyse tot implementatie.

Jouw takenpakket als Process Engineer bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Analyseren en oplossen van problemen binnen het productieproces.
  • Uitwerken van structurele oplossingen om terugkerende problemen te voorkomen.
  • Processen in kaart brengen en identificeren van mogelijkheden tot optimalisatie.
  • Ontwikkelen en testen van nieuwe of verbeterde werkmethodes.
  • Initiëren en leiden van verbeterprojecten rond onder andere veiligheid, productiviteit en onderhoud.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van optimalisatie- en implementatieprojecten van A tot Z.
  • Coördineren van projectteams en afstemmen met betrokken collega's en stakeholders.
  • Integreren van technisch advies en opvolgen van projectresultaten.
  • Controleren, documenteren en borgen van gerealiseerde verbeteringen.
  • Organiseren en begeleiden van workshops om verbeterpunten en optimalisatiemogelijkheden te identificeren.
  • Opzetten en ondersteunen van systemen voor procesmonitoring.
  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en risk assessments.
  • Ondersteunen van de productie bij het opstellen van gestandaardiseerde werkinstructies.
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van procesdocumentatie en Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
  • Gebruikmaken van data en analyses, waaronder downtime-analyses, om gerichte verbeteringen te realiseren.
  • Toepassen van Lean- en Six Sigma-methodieken binnen verbetertrajecten.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch sterke en analytische kandidaat die:

  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma Elektromechanica.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring heeft als engineer binnen een technische productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring heeft als procesingenieur en vertrouwd is met process engineering.
  • Kennis heeft van processimulaties en het opstellen van Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Sterk analytisch is en op basis van data, zoals downtime-analyses, de juiste conclusies kan trekken.
  • Problemen op een structurele en oplossingsgerichte manier weet aan te pakken.
  • Zelfstandig kan werken en initiatief neemt.
  • Een praktische, pragmatische en hands-on ingesteldheid heeft.
  • Over een sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn beschikt.
  • Goed kan samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen, collega's en stakeholders.
  • Gemaakte afspraken nauwgezet opvolgt.
  • Een goede kennis heeft van Lean en Six Sigma.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreekt en schrijft.
  • Kennis van het Duits heeft? Dat is een mooie plus.
