Als Proces Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van efficiënte productieprocessen die optimaal in balans zijn tussen mens en machine, zowel voor bestaande als nieuwe producten.

Je werkt continu aan het verbeteren van productieprocessen door kosten te verlagen, efficiëntie te verhogen en de output te optimaliseren.

  • Identificeren, analyseren en implementeren van kostenbesparingen, efficiëntieverbeteringen en outputverhogingen binnen productieprocessen.
  • Opstellen van business cases voor procesverbeteringen, inclusief: scope tijdlijn risicoanalyse budget
  • Implementeren van acties om zowel machine-efficiëntie als menselijke efficiëntie te verbeteren op basis van geïdentificeerde KPI’s.
  • Coachen van operatoren en line leaders in productiemethodes en correcte uitvoering.
  • Participeren in productieprojecten voor de implementatie van nieuwe producten en/of processen.
  • Coördineren van taken binnen productie bij de implementatie van nieuwe producten, processen of proceswijzigingen.
  • Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Ervaring met Lean Six Sigma, bij voorkeur minimum Green Belt.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met relevante softwarepakketten.
  • Ervaring met projectcoördinatie.
  • Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
  • Oplossingsgericht, Innovatief, Gedreven
  • Sterk organisatorisch vermogen
