Wat ga je doen: Als Process Engineer Coaters ben jij de schakel tussen techniek, productie en verbetering. Je kijkt scherp naar de coatingprocessen, ziet waar het slimmer kan en zet verbeteringen om in concrete resultaten. Van trials en Capex-projecten tot Lean/Six Sigma-initiatieven: jij zorgt dat ideeën niet op papier blijven staan, maar echt gaan werken. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit Operations, Planning, Engineering en externe leveranciers. Daarbij ben je ook veel op de vloer te vinden, dicht bij de machines en de mensen die ermee werken. Wat ga je doen? Productieprocessen binnen de Coaters optimaliseren, implementeren en verbeteren Bijdragen aan een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatief sterke productie Operations adviseren op proces- en technisch gebied Productiviteit en output verbeteren op basis van targets en budget Projecten leiden of eraan deelnemen, zoals Continuous Improvement, Capex-projecten en trials Procescontrolesystematiek inrichten, onderhouden en verder verbeteren. Data en procesanalyses uitvoeren Kennis en processen documenteren en borgen Dagelijkse ondersteuning en training bieden aan productie en leidinggevenden Controle-, poets- en set-up programma’s optimaliseren Samenwerken met leveranciers van apparatuur en machineonderdelen Deelnemen aan verbeterteams, zoals het Coater Team 5S- en veiligheidsrondes uitvoeren Wat wij bieden: Een fulltime contract van 40 uur per week Werktijden bij voorkeur van 07.00 tot 15.30 uur Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 5.151,93 en € 6.008,08 bij fulltime dienstverband Functiegroep 12 volgens de CAO Mondi Heerlen 8,33% vakantiegeld 5% Mondi-bonus op basis van individuele en bedrijfsdoelstellingen 30 vakantiedagen per jaar op fulltime basis Mogelijkheid om jaarlijks 5 extra vakantiedagen bij te kopen Vitaliteitsuitkering van € 180 per jaar Fietsplan Korting op fitness via Ben Vitaal Over het bedrijf: Mondi Heerlen B.V. is gespecialiseerd in de productie van release paper en maakt deel uit van de internationa
