You look at how things are made, identify where improvements are possible and work on practical solutions that make production run more smoothly. You work closely with production and engineering colleagues and are involved in technical improvements from idea to implementation. Your work has a direct impact on the efficiency, quality and reliability of the production process. What will you do as a Process Engineer? Your responsibilities include: - Analysing existing production processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. - Developing and implementing process improvements. - Working on solutions to improve efficiency, quality and reliability. - Supporting production teams with technical process questions. - Working closely with engineers, production colleagues and other departments. - Helping introduce new techniques and improvements into production. - Monitoring processes and analysing results. - Documenting process improvements and making sure new ways of working are properly implemented. - Contributing to continuous improvement within the production environment.
