Heb jij een scherp oog voor rendementsverbetering en zie je overal kansen om productieprocessen te stroomlijnen? Voor een financieel gezonde, sterk groeiende KMO in de regio Deerlijk zoeken we een gedreven Proces Engineer. In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij de technische motor achter de continue optimalisatie van onze installaties. Je slaat de brug tussen engineering en de fabrieksvloer en krijgt de vrijheid om procesverbeteringen van A tot Z te realiseren.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Processen analyseren & optimaliseren: Je brengt de huidige productielijnen in kaart, spoort knelpunten of rendementverliezen op en zet dit om in concrete actieplannen.
  • Projectbegeleiding: Je leidt de integratie en ingebruikname van nieuwe installaties, machines en technologieën op de vloer.
  • Industrialisatie van innovaties: Je werkt nauw samen met R&D om nieuwe producten efficiënt en op schaalbaar niveau in te passen in het productieproces.
  • Troubleshooting: Bij complexe kwaliteits- of procesproblemen duik je de vloer op en zoek je samen met operators en technici naar een permanente oplossing.
  • Kennisborging: Je volgt marktontwikkelingen op de voet en introduceert de nieuwste methodes op het gebied van procestechnologie en automatisering.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Opleiding: Een Master- of Bachelordiploma in een ingenieursrichting (bijv. Elektromechanica, Chemie, Process Engineering) of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Eigenschappen: Analytisch, initiatiefrijk en communicatief sterk. Je hebt een no-nonsense aanpak en staat graag dicht bij de mensen op de werkvloer.
  • Talen: Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Aanpak: Je denkt in oplossingen, behoudt het overzicht bij projecten en werkt graag in een wendbare KMO-structuur.
