Voor onze opdrachtgever speel je een belangrijke rol in het verbeteren van productieprocessen en het verhogen van kwaliteit, efficiëntie en output. Je werkt aan uitdagende verbeterprojecten, lost technische vraagstukken op en draagt bij aan de introductie van nieuwe producten en machines. Een functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid en directe impact op de productieomgeving. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, optimaliseren en implementeren van productieprocessen binnen een moderne productieomgeving. Je analyseert prestaties van machines en processen en voert verbeterprojecten uit om kwaliteit, efficiency en output te verhogen. Daarnaast onderzoek je storingen en afwijkingen, voer je root cause analyses uit en implementeer je structurele verbetermaatregelen. Je ondersteunt bij de introductie van nieuwe producten en vertaalt ontwikkelingsconcepten naar een stabiel en schaalbaar productieproces. Ook beheer je productiestandaarden en masterdata in systemen zoals SAP en Hydra, inclusief stuklijsten, routings en OCAP's. Een belangrijk deel van je werk bestaat uit het toepassen van IATF core tools zoals FMEA, PPAP, SPC en APQP om processen te beheersen en continu te verbeteren. Je levert technische input voor nieuwe machines en machineaanpassingen en stelt functionele specificaties en CAT-protocollen op. Daarnaast ondersteun je verschillende disciplines met technologische expertise en draag je bij aan investerings- en verbeterplannen voor de lange termijn. Regelmatig beoordeel je productieresultaten aan de hand van KPI's en vertaal je data naar concrete optimalisaties.
