Voor een internationaal actieve en hoogtechnologische productieorganisatie zoeken we een Process Engineer CNC & CAM die engineering combineert met een sterke hands-on aanwezigheid op de werkvloer. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over het volledige technische traject van zowel nieuwe als bestaande CNC-producten: van maakbaarheidsanalyse en calculatie tot programmering, validatie en stabiele serieproductie.

Je bent geen engineer die uitsluitend achter zijn bureau zit. Je werkt rechtstreeks aan de machines, optimaliseert CNC-processen en zoekt continu naar mogelijkheden om cyclustijden, kwaliteit en productiekosten verder te verbeteren.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je voert maakbaarheidsanalyses en technische calculaties uit voor nieuwe producten en bepaalt hoe onderdelen optimaal geproduceerd kunnen worden.
  • Je programmeert en optimaliseert CNC-machines en vertaalt technische tekeningen naar efficiënte en betrouwbare bewerkingsprocessen.
  • Je bepaalt de meest geschikte opspanningen, gereedschappen, bewerkingsstrategieën en meetmiddelen voor ieder productieproces.
  • Je begeleidt de industrialisatie van nieuwe producten en zorgt voor de validatie en vrijgave van nieuwe CNC-processen richting productie.
  • Je analyseert bestaande bewerkingsprocessen en realiseert verbeteringen rond cyclustijd, kwaliteit, processtabiliteit en productiekost.
  • Je ondersteunt en traint operatoren en technische medewerkers en bent regelmatig hands-on aanwezig op de productievloer om processen verder te verfijnen.
  • Je stelt duidelijke werkinstructies en technische productiedocumentatie op en zorgt ervoor dat opgebouwde proceskennis correct wordt geborgd.
  • Je werkt mee aan investerings- en optimalisatieprojecten rond machines, tooling, automatisering en verdere professionalisering van de productieomgeving.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting en hebt een sterke interesse in CNC-bewerkingen, machining en industriële productie.
  • Je combineert technisch inzicht met een echte hands-on mentaliteit en haalt voldoening uit het praktisch oplossen en optimaliseren van productieproblemen.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met CAD/CAM en CNC-programmering; ervaring met Siemens NX, CNC-technologie of giettechnologie vormt een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je bent kwaliteitsbewust, analytisch en resultaatgericht, neemt initiatief en werkt samen met productie, kwaliteit en engineering tot een proces stabiel en reproduceerbaar draait.
