Voor onze klant, regio Waregem, gaan wij op zoek naar een Procesingenieur. Het bedrijf is een gerenommeerde multinational, actief in de productie van bouwmaterialen. Vanuit een sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving werken de medewerkers dagelijks mee aan de ontwikkeling van innovatieve en duurzame producten. Technologie, efficiëntie en continue verbetering vormen hier de rode draad, gecombineerd met een sterke focus op mensgerichte groei en kwaliteit.

De organisatie telt in België meerdere vestigingen waarin in totaliteit enkele duizenden mensen werkzaam zijn.

Momenteel gaat de onderneming op zoek naar technische versterking voor één van hun plants.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en optimaliseren van de bestaande productieprocessen
  • Op zoek naar verbeteringen om de kwaliteit van de producten te maximaliseren, alsook de efficiëntie waarmee geproduceerd wordt
  • Daarnaast initieer je verschillende projecten rond operationele efficiëntie en continue verbetering
  • Je bent heel frequent op de werkvloer aanwezig om na te gaan wat er leeft bij de operatoren en hoe je hen verder kan helpen
  • Rapportage is rechtstreeks naar de Plant Manager
  • Je behaalde een Masterdiploma Industrieel Ingenieur Elektromechanica of Chemie
  • Een eerste werkervaring van een 2-tal jaar is een vereiste
  • Je bent hands-on en ondernemend ingesteld, daarnaast neem je ook zelf initiatief
