Ben jij een Process Engineer die energie krijgt van het vertalen van innovatieve productie ideeën naar stabiele en efficiënte productieprocessen met oog op de verpakking? Als Process Engineer in regio Staden werk je mee aan de introductie van nieuwe processen met oog op de verpakkingslijnen die impact maken naar de leveranciers en interne werking. De functie inhoud Wat staat er jou te wachten als Process Engineer met focus op verpakking?

  • Je fungeert als drijvende kracht achter de optimalisaties van de verpakkingslijnen.
  • Energie haal je uit het analyseren van processen om de nodige optimalisaties door te voeren met oog op kwaliteit, rendement en energieverbruik.
  • Op basis van jouw analyses implementeer je verbeterprojecten en nieuwe technologieën.
  • Begeleiden van de opstart en validatie van nieuwe verpakkingslijnen en productintroducties.
  • Opstellen, opvolgen en analyseren van KPI’s zoals OEE, stilstanden, efficiëntie en verliesanalyses.
  • Je werkt samen met de technische dienst & leveranciers om problemen structureel aan te pakken.

  • Een bachelor of master elektromechanica of biochemie heb je op zak!
  • Kennis van lean manufacturing, six sigma of procesanalyse is een mooie plus!
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een productie- of verpakkingsomgeving.
  • Jouw sterktes zijn analytisch nadenken, resultaatgericht en pragmatisch werken.
  • Naast vloeiend Nederlands kan je ook communiceren in het Frans.
